What we collect

Only what you type into a form. There is no account system, no profile, and no tracking of you across other websites.

• Contact form: your name, email address, and message.
• Start a project form: your name, email address, the project type you select, and your description.
• Standard server logs kept by our host, which include IP address, browser user agent, and the pages requested. These are generated automatically by the hosting platform for security and reliability.

What we do not collect

We want to be specific here, because most policies are vague about it.

• No analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, and no other measurement tool on this site.
• No advertising or marketing trackers, and no data sold or shared with advertisers.
• No cross-site tracking, fingerprinting, or profiling.
• No sensitive categories of personal data. Please do not send them through the forms.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies at all. Not for analytics, not for advertising, not for sessions.

That is also why you will not see a cookie consent banner here. Consent banners exist to ask permission for non-essential storage, and this site has none to ask about.

Your browser keeps its own ordinary technical data, such as its cache. We neither control nor read it.

Why we use it and on what basis

Form submissions are used for one purpose: to read your message and reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Where the UK or EU GDPR applies, our basis is legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you chose to send us. Where India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies, the basis is the consent you give by submitting the form.

Who else sees it

We do not sell personal data. It is shared only with the services needed to run the site and answer you.

• Vercel, our hosting provider, processes requests and keeps server logs.
• Our email provider, so we can read and reply to your message.
• Anyone we are legally required to disclose to.

Fonts and third-party requests

Our typefaces are self-hosted and served from this domain. Your browser makes no request to Google Fonts, so no data reaches Google when you load a page here.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while a conversation is active and for as long as we may need the context afterwards, then deleted. Host server logs are retained on our provider's standard schedule.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email us and we will action it.

If you are in the EU or UK and you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority. In India, you may raise a grievance with us first and then approach the Data Protection Board.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, financial details, or anything confidential through these forms.

Changes to this policy

If we add a service that changes what is collected, we will update this page and the date at the top.
